If, you have chosen to remain on a “curbside service” basis, we will meet you at your car to escort your pet into the hospital. If you have any special needs or need assistance with bringing your pet inside our building, please do not hesitate to let our staff know!
The health and medical needs of our patients is vital to us:
Providing friendly, high quality and timely care and information is our mission and our passion and we do not take it lightly, especially in these difficult times. Many hospitals in our region have experienced significant staffing challenges in recent months, and we are no exception. There are a number of reasons for the shortage of veterinary support staff, although the stress imposed by and during the pandemic has been a contributing factor.
Despite the lack of technician coverage, we are doing our very best to fulfill the medical needs of all our beloved patients. We will make every attempt to have available appointments for all medical needs and to see all patients in a timely manner, but we ask that our clients bear with us in the event we are experiencing any unforeseen wait times or have exceeded our appointment
If you have any questions that cannot wait till your next appointment, please do not hesitate to contact our office. We will respond to all inquiries as quickly as our staffing levels will allow. If you have a medical emergency that cannot wait, please contact one of the 24 hour emergency hospitals in our area:
